Returns / Exchanges Policy

We would love for you to be satisfied with your purchase . All items are checked then double checked before being shipped . We don't do returns but will accept exchanges .

All items must be in NEW condition and not previously worn . Bows returned in padded envelopes will not be accepted .

Returns must be received within 15 days .

We are unable to accept exchanges on custom -hair layered bows, headbands , or sewn filled tutus .
