Can you match my little princess's outfit ? TOP

We would love to ! Just send us a  photo of the outfit and we will contact you with more specific details such has measurements  and date needed by  .

Please note :We will try our best to match your outfit how-ever some colors may very and may not be 100 %  of a match . But, we will  get as close to a match . Also all custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable  .

How long does it take for items to ship ? TOP

All items will try to be shipped as soon as possible . During the months of holidays and pageant season we are extremly busy , so orders may take a tiny bit longer . Most orders will be shipped within 10 business days monday- friday of ordering . 

Please allow up to 15 Business days for all custom clothing wear to be shipped . Some larger orders may take a tiny bit longer . If you need a order by a certain date please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accomodate your request .

Once your items have been shipped you will recieve an email indicating your shipment along with a tracking # .

Please allow 2-4 days for your oder to arrive once they have been shipped .

Once items are recieved by the post office Princess Sybella is not responsible for any lost or damaged items .

 

What is your return policy ? TOP

I would love for you to be happy with each and every purchase . Every item is checked over to be of good quality before shipped . If we ever send you an item thats defective we will happily replace it at our expense .

All items need to be in original packaging and in new-unused, good condition  . Packed nicely in a box .  Items must be shipped within 7 days of recieved order .

Please contact us to recieve correct address to return items. And notify us when items have been shipped .

All items are made as orders are placed . Due to this there are no returns on custom orders .

What payment plan do you accept ? TOP

We accept all credit card through paypal . It is a more safe and secure way to make a payment . We also now accept money orders and checks and credit card payments made over the phone  If you have any questions please feel free to  contact us . 

Please note : All items are made as orders are placed . If sending money order or check your purchased items will be made once paypment has cleared .

Are your boutique items premade or mass produced ? TOP

No . All our orders are hand made in a clean , smoke free, pet free babyboutique studio  here in the U.S. A .

I make orders as they are placed . They are never premade .When I say all my orders are handmade - that is by me =) I don't pre-order from other wharehouses . All my Tutus , bows, and clothing wear are truely handmade .  

What is no-slip for aligator clips ? TOP

It is a soft material that is lined inside of our aligator clips . It helps hold onto even the finest amount of hair . It leaves no residue and is not sticky .

Condition of Use TOP

We advise our customers to never ever leave a young child unattended while using our products .

Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard , All Princess Sybella products are for your use at your own risk . By placing an order you agree that Princess Sybella accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision whiling using our products .
